调整navigationController的view注意事项

再使用navigationController时，当调整了view的frame后，

有时会发现视图会有奇怪的变化，原因是

Before displaying your view, the navigation controller automatically positions and sizes it to fit the available space.（在显示你的视图之前，navigation controller会自动地调整它的大小和位置，使其适应可用空间）。
